Simple soup with potatoes, carrots and leeks
- 350g carrots
- 300g potatoes
- 150g of leeks
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 1.5L of water
- fresh cream
Wash and peel the potatoes, carrots, rinse the leeks and cut these vegetables into small pieces.
Then put them in a pot (or a pressure cooker). Pour 1.5L of water on it and add the stock cube. Close the lid and bring to the boil. Cook for 20 minutes, then remove the heat and blend it.
Blend the vegetables as finely as possible. Pour into suitable bowls and add fresh cream to taste.
