All ingredients in your recipe box are of the highest quality, fresh and seasonal. We work directly with family-run farms and fresh food markets. All our meat is 100% Irish and we also use responsibly-sourced, quality ingredients like fresh produce, sustainable meat and seafood and exclusive spice blends.
Choose from 6 recipes each week, this includes meat, fish and vegetarian options. Each meal is between 500-700 calories per serving.
We deliver healthy meals in Ireland and Northern Ireland, get delivery either to your home or workplace. We deliver weekly, on Mondays (Dublin 1-24 only) and Tuesdays (Nationwide). You can skip any week (before the previous Thursday so we don't order excess food) and you can close your account at any time. There is no contract!!
Won't be home for delivery? No problem. Choose a safe place where we can leave your box. Our boxes are insulated and contain ice-packs which keep your ingredients chilled and fresh for 24 hours.
We are Eco-Conscious so our ice packs and packaging are all recyclable. Natural salt based ice-packs are used to ensure your ingredients stay chilled while having no negative effects on the environment and they can safely be disposed in a domestic environment. We also reuse packaging where possible, all our Dublin based customers can leave their used boxes, liners and ice-packs out for collection every Monday. We will also be rolling out a nationwide collection service very soon.
