Teriyaki Salmon with vegetables

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

  • 4 salmon pavers
  • honey
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 100g of green beans
  • 15 g fresh ginger
  • 5 branches of coriander
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper

PREPARATION

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 220°.

STEP 2: Peel, wash the carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Cut out the green beans in the same way.

STEP 3: Rinse the cabbage and slice it finely. Peel the ginger and grated it in a bowl. Chop the coriander.

STEP 4: Pour 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the carrots for 1 minute, adding a little salt. Then add the cabbage and the greedy peas. Cook for 3 min. Sprinkle with pepper and add the ginger, coriander and 3 tbsp. sesame seeds to the pan. Mix well.

STEP 5: While cooking the veg, put another pan on high heat with some olive oil. Season the salmon fillets with salt. Brown the salmon, 1 min on each side and remove. Place the fillets in a baking dish and place in oven, bake for 4 minutes.

STEP 7: In the pan used for the salmon, pour 4 tbsp. of teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp. of honey in the pan. Mix and bring to a boil.

STEP 8: Remove the salmon from the oven and use a kitchen brush to cover it with the honey mixture.

STEP 9: Arrange the vegetables on a plate. Place the salmon on top. Spread another tablespoon of the honey mixture on top.

STEP 10: Serve!
